Do I need to register before placing an order?

Yes, you do. You can browse our product without registering.  Once you are ready to place an order, we will prompt you to login or register with us.

How do I register?

Click “Log In” at drop down menu.

What if I forget my login password?

Click the “Forgot your password” at the Log In page, fill in your registered email then we’ll send you a new password to your registered email.

How can I change my account password?

You can change your password after you login your account.

How do I unsubscribe from your email newsletter?

You can click “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of every received newsletter email.


Ordering & Payment

Can I remove item from the shopping cart?

Yes, if the order is not placed, you can remove the item from the shopping cart.  But once you have placed the order, you can’t delete any item from the order.

What happens if item(s) I order is out of stock?

We are constantly working with our manufactures to ensure the latest up-to-date of products display on our site will be available to our customers.  The out-of-stock items will be automatically refund once your order is processed.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Once your order is placed, YES (before payment, in “Payment Method” status), there you would be able to go back to shopping cart to modify or cancel your order.  If any information is incorrect, you can ignore the wrong order and create a new one.  Once you finish the payment for your order, if you want to modify or cancel, you can send a request to our customer service representatives in your account at the “Contact Us” page for assistance.

Can you custom make the item(s)?

We don’t provide custom made service at this time.  The items are just same as our website display and description.

If I want to change information such as:  color, size, shipping address of a paid order, what can I do?

We can only change those information for you if the order is not shipped out.  Therefore, please review carefully prior to placing the order.  If there are changes, contact us via support@daisycloset.com.

What kind of secure payment methods do you accept?

We use Stripe and PayPal to facilitate our payment process.

How do you secure my payment information?

We do not process any of your payment information.  All payment related matters on Daisy Closet are handled by Stripe and PayPal.


Shipping & Handling

Do you ship to multiple addresses?

We are only able to deliver to one address per order.  We suggest that you place a separate order for each destination, if you would like to send your purchase to multiple addresses.

What delivery companies do you use?

We only use safe and reputable delivery companies within the industry standard like USPS.

How much is the shipping fees?

Currently, we offers FREE SHIPPING on all order excluding "Promo Products" within USA, except Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico.


Returns - Refunds - Exchanges

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that these criteria below are meet:

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days.
  • The product is in its original packaging.
  • The product was not a SALE or FREE GIVEAWAY item.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
